Not that i’m a huge fan of the flamboyant version of Top Chef, Just Desserts is an acceptable stop gab between Top Chef and Top Chef Masters. Its also a good excuse to also spend some online chat time with the sister. We are also doing another season of Fantasy Top Chef with a few extra points awarded to Hysterical breakdown and an injury. I have yet win a season, but i have high hopes for my roster of “cooks.”

This season it appears there’s a little food architecture into the mix a la Food Network’s Cake Challenge. They didn’t really highlight it in the first episodes but i like the addition because making 100 different bon bons can get really boring fast.
