The summer movie blitz started a month early this year with already two movies (X-Men Origins, Star Trek) that have exceeded $100,000,000 in tickets sales. This is only the beginning as it seems that every week from this point on will be releaseing a movie that i’m pretty interested in watching. Most if not all the movies this year are again either a sequal or a re-make, but at least they’re ones that i’m willing to watch.
The only really original movies to watch are going to be Up, and 9 which both happen to be animations, and i actually only know 9 from doing a little work for the movie. In no particular movies that i’ve already seen or plan to see:

- G.I. Joe
- Up
- Year One
- 9
- Star Trek
- X-Men Evolution
- Angels & Demons
